After construction, when the bottom is completely dry, smear a coating of protective oil (”Golden Oil”) on the surface of the stone material. The protective oil can increase the lustre and water resistance of the stone material, and also can protect the stone against dust and dirt.
To prevent the stone material from deteriorating, discoloring and peeling, do not apply ordinary paint varnish.
